SELECTION PROCESS

HOW THE JUDGES JUDGE
A panel of ten JUDGES assessed and rated all the finalists.Each finalist is assessed on the following seven criteria:

1. SERVICES FOR EMPLOYERS (Range of products and services available to employers.)
2. SERVICES FOR JOB SEEKERS (Range services and resources available to job seekers.)
3. PRICING (Cost-effectiveness. Cost of advertising a new job, particularly for a new customer.)
4. TRAFFIC & VOLUME OF ADS (Volume of traffic and number of ads advertised.)
5. BRAND VISIBILITY (Overall market reputation and brand recognition.)
6. VISUAL & USABILITY (Website Design, look, feel and usability)
7. TECHNOLOGY (Technology used and evidence of investment in new technology)
Each judge rated a job board using the following rating scale:

- Excellent (4 points)
- Good (3 points)
- Average (2 points)
- Poor (1 point)
- Very Poor (0 point)
